I know, but I just saw the holiday pics on the computer, who is that plump frump? Ohmygod.it's me. I used to have mega muscle definition ..muscles all gone for a holiday, wonder if they'll come back?!
I know this is not what you are all discussing, but can any one tell me why all the competitions are only open to Uk residents? surely if we can buy the mag's, join the site and watch the show we can enter the odd comp or so?
OL just read your post about spinning and had visions of you sitting by the fireplace spinning wheel whirling away. Just shows how much I think about exercise!!
Stacey - HC was wonderful! My favourite garden was one called "a forgotten folly" - but all the summer gardens ( the small show gardens) were lovely, and one or two of the large ones (eg the one show) were good too, but some left me cold. Floral marquee stuffed full of beautiful plants (Verdun's famous Blue Boa followed me home), and so many stalls of interesting bits an bobs. We got there at 10 and left at 7pm!! Saw Monty, joe, RdeT and Carol all filming - we watched the final segment of tomorrow's show being put together.
couple of pics - first is the forgotten folly, 2nd is the one show, 3rd was a lovely bit of the Macmillan garden, and last made me smile, after our giraffes in gardens conversations on here a few months ago !!
Louise.....Sunday name time now.....what have I told you?! Your babies are just that, babies, mine are 13 and 15 so I really have no excuse and I can guarantee that you will be back in shape before your CC is 13!! Now is time for babies, worry about everything else later (13 years later in my case!) Your muscles may have gone temporarily but look at what you have instead.....I know which I'd rather have
Thank you Bekkie, I just hope it's sustainable, being ill for a few weeks really knocked me back so trying twice as hard really.
Chicky, love forgotten folly just my sort of garden. v excited about sunday, going by coach so not quite sure how I'm going to get lots of lovely plants home in one piece.

Yes OL, you are definitely in my pocket.
Rosemummy, I'm sure you'll do whatever you think is right for you and your daughter. Best wishes and hugs. Bet you get your muscles back too.
Good girl Lily
With you all the way

Thinking of you Clari - onwards and upwards - you're right to think of it as a new adventure about to start.
