     Get well soon, Fairy.

Those poppy photos are so moving and beautiful.

Lovely day here, so far. Just off to get a few more daffodils from the GC as I didn't have quite enough to go around the Mirabelle tree, will drop in at a little nursery on the way. Must plant up more pots this afternoon.

Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Morning all. Wet and windy here.

Sorry you are poorly Fg. They say [ well actually I say ] that I looked a lot like Robert Redford when I was younger.

I taped Dances with Wolves yesterday, so may watch that later. Have not seen it for years.

    Have a good day everyone.

I'm just wondering if our Lovely Builder is a Weather Prophet - when he refurbed our roof he recommended replacing the old shallow guttering with a newer higher capacity type - seems like he knew we were in for tropical monsoons ........

Were you friends with Paul Newman then doc? image

He was my favourite along with Steve McQueen - the King of Cool. I liked Mr R as an actor rather than for his looks actually, although I see the obvious attraction. I thought he was a bit underrated because the image got in the way.

Dove we have sun....smug face smiley needed now image
