    Good point. There must be a flaw in my reasoning.(not for the first time)



    I'm feeling a little tired but amazed I've lasted so long and filled three bin bags of garden rubbish and made lunch and tea and did the washing. Don't think I'll be first on here tomorrowimage

    Thank you Lesley, but not according to the nurse and that BMI rubbish.....she wasn't very happy when I told her that Jonny Wilkinson is also technically speaking classed as obese but he is one of the fittest men around and publicly wanted to oust BMI because it's rubbish.....anyway rant over and thanks again image

    OL, if you are going by those silly bmi charts, they are a waste of time, my OH is a dietitien (not that i listen to him that often) and he says they arent any good!
