Liri I love the idea of making scenery for the model railway. You should specialise in all different trees, shrubs and flowers and then you can get into garden designing. I'll send you the measurements of my garden and you can put everything in place and photo it and charge a fortune. Dream job
Hope you get your chimney pot OL - will you know tonight? Great bargain for OH's office furniture Wish you both well for the new venture. Hugs for you too
Just read back over yesterday - too much to comment individually, but lots of ((hugs)) for parents, children (however old), entrepreneurs and of course, gardeners
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
Morning all. A beautiful day to come here, there's been some frost overnight, although it's an air frost so nothing nipped in the garden! There's condensation on the windows and the little birds have been at the feeders already.
Did lots yesterday and I even sat on the bench with a cup of tea ...for about five minutes but I then I did some deadheading to the sound of James Taylor so that I get in the mood for seeing him next week. Ladybirds on the sedums and I rescued one from the kitchen but she didn't want to fly away home - she ran around my hand for ages.....ain't life grand sometimes.
Lovely pix from the TWIG's visit. Glad the weather was kind. Good luck with your bid OL. Off to look round here with a cuppa now.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
