OL, what I do is fill the washing up bowl with tepid water, put my fingers over the top of the pot to hold the compost in and turn the plant upside down and swish it about gently in the water - it seems to dislodge most bugs that lurk in basil

I think I'll put them in bigger pots, and when I pull out the angelicas which I have flowered, they can go in their space in the wildflower/wildlife meadow/prairie bit.

I've emptied the last 5 sacks of my 1st early spuds Usually have enough to last us two until March, same this year if we only eat 2 per week Only difference has been instead of putting Growmore in with them I put in organic potato feed. Then watered as usual and gave liquid veg food as usual.
Will be emptying 2nd earlies next week or so just hoping they have done better.

I have some baptisia seedlings to get in. Nut, how much space do you give them?
