You could make a new thread ? Perhaps called " The Seasons through a Lens " ? not sure, but will leave with you as it's your idea, but will support the thread of that's ok.
Thanks, Brumball. Something to consider....perhaps it would be better not to restricted to seasonal pics though (I just posted some autumnal ones I had at hand to support the autumn theme of the thread) I quite enjoy taking close-ups too.
Lovely David. I took some of a huge bee which appeared yesterday but they weren't good quality. Took this of some clematis seedheads though during a sunny spell:
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

Oh dear! What have I started?? I feel a new thread coming on!
Very nice pic, Gardengirl.....bees can be a little elusive, can't they?
I have just one small reservation. I know there are some really good photographers out there and I get a lot of pleasure from seeing their pics, so I hope it won't be just about my input.

David, Enjoy your day in the Lakes, I'm sure you'll get some fabulous pictures. Lovely place to visit in all the seasons.
enjoy your days out David i hope the weather is good for you but sometime a few clouds can give a good effect
No problem, Brumbull...nice to get a response, it doesn't always happen.
Your Nikon DSLR is a very good camera, but for the moment I prefer the less complex bridge camera.
Perhaps I'll post more pics, as and when appropriate.....not sure where to locate them though.
