Good morning Ruby, Hazel and SGL. When I saw the weather map on TV I realised that most of the UK came into the rain cloud. Fog is a totally different matter though SGL and I agree with Hazel, stay inside and watch it through your window.
Hazel, I hope that you get your pot today - don't get distracted by gorgeous plants!

    Thankfully I don't have to go out today @Songbird-2 & @Ladybird4Β
Going to sort a few bits and then hibernate on the sofa this afternoon.Β
Hope you find a pot and maybe a few other things too πŸ˜‰
Happy 14th anniversary @debs64 glad you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed meeting your son's girlfriend. Hope today goes as well as they can. Best wishes.
Sorry to hear you have such awful weather again @Ladybird4 How is Cricket settling in....I bet he thinks he's in charge already 🐾🐾🀣

    Afternoon everyone,

it’s very murky and damp here today, with mist over the fields, but less cold than of late. It’s so grey that it’s necessary to put a light on.

No particular plans for the rest of the day.

Good afternoon everyone. @Red maple, your conditions are very similar to mine. It has been a very dreich day. I nipped out to 'sco and my car dash board never got out of night mode. It just wasn't light enough.
Debs, was it your anniversary on Sunday? Now the ice has been broken with your son's girlfriend, I am sure your next meet up will be a joy.

You are not wrong SGL! Cricket has taken over. He's a feline wrecking ball and I will be so glad when he can go outside to run off his energy.

Happy belated wedding anniversary wishes to you Debs, and so pleased to hear the meal and introduction with son’s girlfriend went well. You can all relax the next time round.πŸ™‚
We went out this afternoon but the weather was atrocious, pouring with rain and spray from the cars and like SGL, it became quite foggy. Managed to get a pot and some compost etc ( no plants, too busy getting round shop quickly )dropped into town and SM and came home. It was really cold too.

Happy belated anniversary from me too, @debs64.Β

This morning I prepared the guest room for my friend and this afternoon I pruned another climbing rose, cut down 2 more group 3 clematis and tidied up the laurel bed.

Busy, my clematis need sorting as do my roses but it has never stopped raining here today so apart from my shopping trip I haven't ventured outside at all never mind into the garden. Have to go for another blood test in the village tomorrow so I do hope its drier as I would like the walk.
