    Good morning all.

I'm finally back, after a week of absent. It was at usual busy few days on work and around my house. I also didn't felt well, but it might be a springtime lethargy. After snow and coldness we have ridiculous high temperatures for mid winter, Yesterday was 18℃. I know that I provoke Coll TT but it's time for Spring cleaning. It's so pleasant to open all windows and let fresh air in whole house. Now, pets are all fed, bread is in the oven and cup of tea is on schedule.

Hope you are all well, and wish you a lovely Sunday!

Good morning Ante - lovely to see you. Sorry you haven't been feeling too well. Wow that is a high temperature for this time of year (that's like an Engllish Summer day! ) Cricket is fed and I have just had my breakfast - cup of tea nearby. It was very breezy here last night and I must trim back some of the greenery on the garage wall as the security light must have been on most of the night triggered by the windy conditions.

Good morning to all later arrivals.

Morning LB. I'm glad Cricket is doing well in his home. My temperatures are nothing compare with Spain last few days. There was 28℃ yesterday. Have a nice time in the garden, and I love Snoopy cartoon.Β Β

    Hello all.

Where are you all? I'm a bit late here today.

It's chillier outside than I was expecting today. OH has lit the woodburner.

Good afternoon Busy. I've had a bit of a mad morning. I paid a visit to Jack's daughter to get last minute instructions about looking after her two cats when she goes away on holiday this week - spent rather longer there than I expected to. I agree Busy about it being very cold outside as my feet were like lumps of ice when I got back in.
I have just finished doing my Big Garden Bird Watch and need to enter my results online.

    Evening all,

Had a good stint in the garden today - several jobs done. Unfortunately, the 3 that took most time have made absolutely no difference at all to how the garden looks :oΒ  Unblocking the drain from the kitchen sink/washing machine being the most unsavoury! Made some room in the water butt for the next downpour. The final 'unseen' act was removing all the decorative gravel from around the bases of the apple trees, folding back the membrane and putting the gravel back. I've a feeling that rainwater is just running straight off that area now, so I want some of it to sink into the ground instead.

Well done you Biglad. Those jobs were essential so don't stress too much about the lack of visual beauty in the garden after all those hours of graft!
