My unresolved clues (if you fancy them):

"Turn a lion measuring gold to the falls"

    "solicit inflammation"

    "aims with the tits "

    "The 'hare radio' runs"

"starts the marathon and ends in pedantic growth."

"Mix one thousand perilous cellists.  Alternatively, they shake up masculine cellulose spirits and make for a bad conditon".

    10. “To be or not to be”! that is the question. But, in short, it sounds more than the answer = T.B.

For the 41st clue we have the following suggestions
    1. Turn a lion measuring gold to the falls = ??
    2. Solicit inflammation = colitis
    3. Aims with the tits = mastitis
    4. The hare radio runs = diarrhoea
    5. Starts the marathon and ends in pedantic growth = ??
    6. Mix the one thousand perilous cellists = ??
6a. They shake up masculine cellulose spirits and make for a bad conditon = ??
    7. A lucky accident but unlucky for you = fluke
    8. Filthy lucre makes you sore = ulcer
    9. Fix the cruel sore = ulcer
    10. If you first scratch chin and bum, itch eases somewhat = scabies
    11. Aerial gun moves to create pain = neuralgia
    12. Sounds like a nice spot in London = acne.
