    on reflection, I don't think 6. is testes.

    "the theme of human diseases, parasites, ailments and conditions". Testes don't fit.

    re 10, it sounds like a mnemonic for assessing suicide risk, but I can't guess which one - there are lots.

    I was thinking 14 was an -itis (similar to dermatitis)
