You’ll be amazed by the dehumidifier @AuntyRach. Ā Great for drying washing indoors too šŸ‘

Yes I’m hoping it will help reduce moisture from washing as that’s a real issue over Winter.Ā

My garden and I live in South Wales.Ā
  • I’ve found the most efficient way to dry the washing is to place a suitable rack/maiden over the dehumidifier and cover the whole lot with a sheet @AuntyRach

Ouch @Busy-Lizzie poor you … and not easy for your son either … but how clever you were to produce a dentist. I
hope it’s not too uncomfortable šŸ¤—Ā

Oh dear @Busy-Lizzie, poor you - I feel your pain. Do hope some painkillers will help tonight - are you having to stay at your son's for a while. I go back to have my new crowns fitted in 10 days time, not looking forward to it.

@Hostafan1, sounds as though you might be on the mend at last.

@AuntyRach and @Bluejayway, surely a tumble dryer is better if you've got the room. OH did the sums and found that they are not as expensive to run as people seem to think. I never dry anything outside from October to probably March, just not worth it and I hate having wet washing hanging about, terribly bad for health and for the house.

I am really pleased I have finished recovering the six dining room chairs at last. A big job and not one I'm likely to repeat! I've just got to put all the tools away now, currently sitting on the table.

How lovely @Allotment Boy. I love opera.

    Morning @Pat E

3.45am, just come down for a hot chocolate and an Ibuprofen. Mouth is a bit sore.
