@Hostafan1..... Play nicely with others and stop being a contrarian for the sake of it! Your among friends here! 🤗 Or you will get thoroughly reprimanded! 😉 Xx

Oh dear  bit if a calamity here tonight to add to my woes. I decided to make some apple and blackberry crumbles with the fallers I picked up earlier, made too much mixture so did 1 pie dish and 4 tiny individual pots . Trying to fit them all on a baking tray  I tipped it up and all went on the floor! For those of you of a weak disposition, look away now - we scraped it all off the floor and cooked them. We've just eaten two so fingers crossed I'll be here to post in the morning@

160 degrees C for 60 minutes and the whole thing will be sterile. Assuming you didn't cook it for anything like as long as that I hereby declare it sterilish and therefore totally suitable for hooman consumption in my professional opinion. I'm retired now...there are no sanctions! 🤣 Enjoy @Lizzie27.
We did the same with fancy chips that my niece had made and we had to fight the dogs off those! 🤢🤣

    Good morning folks!!

Early start today for my knee injection.  I so hope it works.  Organised around the house so that I can take it easy over the next 48 hours.

Very windy here although not storm winds as such.  The temperature will reach 25°C which is a nice "warm".    The Med is 5 or 6 degrees warmer than is normal so heavy rains will be forthcoming and advice on what to do during flooding is already being broadcast.

Today:  Pluie de Saint Sabine est une grâce divine.

    Stay safe.  Enjoy your day.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
12C and overcast here in Norfolk at the moment. Our niece should fly back to Luton from Greece on Wednesday … air traffic computer glitches permitting … I’ve suggested she’ll heed a warm cardi in her hand luggage 😉

OH is still asleep … no coffee here yet  ….

We’ve been out the back again. I’ve worked out a fairly flat area that we can walk on, so that I can try to be a good girl and do some walkies as my GP has been nagging me to do.  I worked out how to count the steps on my watch. Nearly 500 steps altogether  down and back. 👏.  I even managed to pick up some fallen branches for the fire. In the end, my gasping breathing called a halt to that bit of enthusiasm. 😏

    Morning folks.

It’s Aunty duties for the next couple of days for me 🤪
We have an ‘activity’ list including: baking, painting/art, video games, a trip out (if not raining) and we are hoping for a clear night to do some outdoor moon watching.
I’ll be exhausted by midday today but it will be fun.

    Have a good day everyone.
