    I have worked as a Gardener for 24 years. My latest garden is a new build garden on heavy clay.

    ..this was growing next to it and somewhat submerged under the canopy.. couldn't find the label..


    I have more photos to follow, including of some other interesting shrubs, some I couldn't find the labels.. the only person available was busy with customers so I couldn't ask.. will post later..

    I rather like this variegated shrub,.. not too bright..

    I think that might be Lonicera involucrata.

    I used to grow Calycanthus floridus, not sure what became of it.
    How can you lie there and think of England
