Last went to Pottertons about 6-years ago when they had a plant fair as well ; again a good selection including the diminutive and rare Tecophilaea cyanocrocus ; asking about £6-00 per bulb but again I would struggle to provide correct requisites .
Pleased you've already been to Jersey Cottage .

Thank you for this nursery information, it's not far from me so I might find my way there shortly..

I grew Myosotidium hortensia about 20 years ago in a south coast garden.. but those Hosta like leaves soon got devoured and the plant just disappeared..
I also had Renga Renga lilies which unfortunately went the same way..

Then, also from the Chatham Islands I discovered Geranium traversii 'Elegans'  which turned out to be one of the loveliest Geraniums I remember growing.. I'd love to get this one again and try here..
I do hope they sell it..

Chiltern seeds has Myosotidium hortensia seeds last time I checked. Got them to germinate but only had north facing windowsill so did not prosper unfortunately.

I'm pleased you enjoyed your day ! ;); I had to limit myself to two plants ,(no more space) .
Your photos are absolutely brilliant ; brings back memories of last Friday (it beats working) ; thankyou .

PS The Toona 'Flamingo' was outstanding in a flamboyant kind of way .

    @Paul B3
Oh that's ok and thanks to you, I had a great time... I really wanted that Toona but I've no room..

I think that no i.d. plant with the lovely white flowers and red bracts might be Michelia Figo but I'm not certain..

    Hope to go back sometime..

Well, thanks for Paul B3 for telling us about this place..  I had a lovely time there

I did not get the name of this, I photographed the wrong label.. I thought it highly ornamental.. quite wide spreading, low..

    Wow! What an amazing place.
    Found this one fascinating.
It is not Michelia Figo ...Magnolia family.

    Those scarlet calyx are fabulous.
I wonder if it might be Stewartia sp.
    Stewartia rostrata maybe.

I do hope someone will be going back soon and can check the label...or take more close up pics to show the flower in detail.
