Last year it was about 6Kg - I'm quite worried about how much it'll produce next year 😁 The autumn raspberries are fruiting well now. I got abt 5Kg of them last year which was only their 2nd year.

Hi @Pete.8 that's a great haul of blackberries! I have a Waldo plant in its 2nd year (or 3rd I can't quite remember), but it's not fruiting very well nor growing that many canes. It's in a 60L pot, so I'm planning to move it into the ground in the autumn and hoping that'll help. What kind of site is yours growing in?
Even though friends and family had been picking, this is the crop after returning from a week's holiday. Also picked a couple of pounds of blueberries.
@pinut Not sure why but we are rubbish at growing basil. Yours looks great.
Thanks.
I grew it from seed. My trick is to plant the seedlings out quite deep (mid-way up the main stem), water in and watered again only if they showed the drought droop symtoms.

No, the over ripe karela (bitter gourd) is not for eating but for seed saving.
I also harvested coriander and spearmint for salads.
I find that they are easier to destone and the resulting jam has a more pronounced tangy fruit flavour if the plums are not fully ripened.
