Brilliant crop,  do you plait them?
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

Thanks @Lyn, though I'm impressed at how good an onion plait looks, I just use onion sacks and store them in the garage. I think the crop benefitted from ' refreshing ' my raised beds, the frames were rotting away so I replaced the boards and while doing so I added a lot of garden compost and kitchen waste in the base before putting the soil back in.

Harvested over the weekend: last of the loganberries, purple podded peas, runner beans, few blueberries and sungold cherry tomatoes.

Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

@Sheps there was an intense discussion over who was going to have it with their meal tonight …. I won and savoured every mouthful, well one mouthful 😂

That reminds me of the one I picked yesterday @CatDouch. I didn't go rushing in either!  :D
It wasn't quite ripe, but I like them a bit sharp- Sungold.
We never really get ripe toms before the end of July, and mine didn't germinate, and I had to re do them, so it's not too bad.  :)
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
