I was not  effected  directly but I did smell
and see the smoke for several days.
Fingers crossed then that you don't have a similar "near miss" in the future.

I think I’d have noticed a wild fire less than half a mile from me without the need for an alarm,  but then I’m definitely not normal.
Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.

.......  A locksmith went to their house and replaced the lock.  When he opened the old lock up to investigate he discovered the mechanism had completely melted.  They could only assume that blast from one of the bombs had caused it although there was little obvious damage to the house.
Though I'm always sceptical - this one has me intrigued as explosions are often peculiar - even so called "experts" are quoted as saying - that couldn't happen, only to be later proved wrong, so I'm not pronouncing straight away. Pity the old doors are long gone? Or no photos of the condition post bomb? Because the detonation pressure wave, hot gases and later backdraught could well cause a mini hurricane to fly through the keyhole and damage the levers which are always quite thin. HOWEVER; it's a big however; you did say "french doors" so I take it that you mean glazed doors and there wasn't much wrong with them apart from the lock? I have a BIG problem with that.
I once conducted a Warrington fire test on a solid FR30 door (meaning that it should survive at least 30mins) they don't mess about at the testing station! One's manufactured bits are built in front of a furnace and as the test begins - big gas jets ignite and rapidly builds to 1200F inside. Our door & frame performed well, as did our wall boards but at 29mins 30 odd secs - a little flame popped out of the keyhole. (Insert appropriate expletives) The door handle company had sent us a non fire-rated set which cost us another £25k to do it all over.
At the end of these tests, there's not a lot left of the inside face of a solid door after having a roaring gas flame on it for 30mins but it did very little to the lock.
I worked on several of the buildings in London bombed by terrorists - they were very big, very good bombs - the HKSB building in Bishopsgate was all but destroyed - none of the locks displayed damage of any kind.

"It may be to tell you not to leave your house if there is another covid outbreak. It may be to tell you not to drive away from your local area to respect ULEZ. It is ultimately to control you. Your government is not working for you.  You're working for the government and its tax and pension system".
I had the above revelation come to me in a dream.
I wish I could garden all year round!

in the usa we got an alert on apr 5 because there
was huge brush/wildfire less than 1/2 mile from my house.
most normal countries have these type of alerts.
Normal countries?  What do you mean? Non USA countries are not normal?
I wish I could garden all year round!
