@Red maple, have just asked Mr Google about reporting scam e mails. There are quite a few sites where you can report it, one being the National Cyber Security Centre. Only takes  a minute apparently🙂 Report it to [email protected]. ( don't know how to post links etc on here).

Sorry, I don’t think I made it very clear about the scam message. It’s one that’s appeared here on the GW forum  in my personal inbox. When someone sends you a personal message, a notification pops up that it’s in your inbox. So when I received a notification this morning, I had a look and realised it was a scam message, but couldn’t see a way of reporting it to GW nor deleting it. However, I’m assuming someone else had a similar message and was able to report it, as mine has now disappeared, so perhaps the moderators were able to wipe it. It was someone supposedly from Africa wanting to set up some kind of home to help people (I can’t remember the exact wording) and if I wanted to help fund it (😂😂), to contact her. A scam, of course.

Afternoon folks,  Feeling a bit cold here today.  Took Hubby to physio this morning and left him to work with his speech therapist this afternoon while I had my hair done.
Sorry to hear about your accident LB.  Hope you are OK now.
I was very sad to hear about Paul O'Grady.  For me he will always be Lilly Savage, absolutely loved the character, used to have me in fits of laughter.

Scams can probably be reported to the editor, Catherine Mansley, just put @ in front of her name.

I finished clearing up the dead MH rose this morning. There are now 3 big garden bags full to take to the tip.

We enjoyed our lunch as usual. I had a big baked mushroom stuffed with chicken mousse, topped with savoury bread crumbs on a bed of artichoke purée. OH had monkfish cheeks in a prawn and lemongrass creamy with a touch of chilli sauce. Then I had lamb fillet with bok choi, mini potato croquettes, little cubes of roast butternut and gravy. OH had hake with petits legumes, whatever that is in English, green beans and a sauce. We both had elderflower panna cotta and sorbet with blueberries and a slice of poached pear for dessert. Washed down with Chardonnay.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

I hope @Red maple's OH's kidney stones can be dealt with not too painfully. It depends what sort they are I suppose, if they have sharp edges.

Ah @Red maple , I thought you were talking about a scam e mail in your personal mail in -box. Good that it's gone now from your forum PM.

Evening all. I am feeling much better having had a quiet day today. I don't have any bruising or soreness. Thank you all for your kind words.
Good to see you back Hazel - that was a speedy visit but I bet your Mum enjoyed the company. I really dislike driving in the rain and am always glad to get home.
SGL, I'm sorry that your OH didn't get the good sleep you were both hoping for
Red maple, that is the first time ever I have heard of a scam message coming through into someone's private messages on the forum. How strange. Glad it 'disappeared' though. I was so sorry to hear about your OH's kidney stones I believe that they can be as painful - if not worse than gall stones. I had gallstones removed about 10 years ago and prior to diagnosis I was in agony. Keyhole surgery sorted those out but kidney stones are different. I do hope he isn't too uncomfortable for too long.
Yvie, how is your OH coping with his speech therapy? Is it helping? I, too, was a huge Lily Savage fan. She was so outrageous.
Busy, your meal sounds absolutely exquisite. What a lovely way to celebrate being able to go out freely again without all that pain.
