Glad that the working week is over. So that I can begin my working weekend
I'm hoping that there are some dry periods today for delivery boy duties. It was very frustrating to be stuck on my laptops when I could have been out getting more cards through letterboxes. Ideally, I was intending to chip away at the 2000 remaining during the week but never got chance. The last weather forecast that I saw had today down as being a bit grim. Fingers crossed that they've got it wrong again
Good morning Biglad and all to follow. I am going into town today to visit my mobile phone store as I am now out of my last contract and I want to negotiate a better deal. You are right, forecast isn't looking good and it would make delivering paper leaflets nigh on impossible.
White rabbits everyone!
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable

Good morning Big Lad and LB .April the first always brings to mind that wonderful little documentary on the spaghetti plantations . I had just got home from work and my parents were watching ,their faces were a picture of confusion.Have a good day folks .

On 1st April 2009, during the 20:00 news on France 2 he explained that scientists had discovered that there were so many wind turbines on the Earth that they were slowing down its normal rotation.
As a result, days would lengthen from 24 to 25 hours.
There is a coffee morning at church today. Some of our friends will be going. I've made a dozen cheese scones for it. It's in aid of the church roof. I don't know how they'll ever pay for it, estimate £250,000. Grade 1 listed building. When it rains hard there are buckets on the floor for the drips.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
another new month already! It’s looking cloudy and breezy outside, but so far no rain. I hope it dries up enough to be able to cut the grass tomorrow, it’s in desperate need of doing.
I remember that April fool about the spaghetti trees @Rubee. 😁
Well, I’d better get on. Hope you all have a good day.
