Morning all - a lovely sunny one. Done most of the indoor jobs so I'll go and play outside for a couple of hours in a minute.

Ante - lovely imagining your little cat (still a kitten really) having a 'mad' session this morning. One of my cats was always like that when it was windy outside.

BL - I use a cushion between my knees to stop my hip and lower back rotating. Takes a little getting used to but now find I can't get to sleep without it. Use a small blow-up pillow when we're travelling as it's easily deflated and packed away.

Hazel - I've done some good typos too. The best one was when I was extolling the dramatic impact of big PANTS in small spaces. Pesky letter 'L'.... 🤣

Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down

Not heard of the word "LANTS", or "PALTS".
     o:)
  • Had a walk with Dad very sunny just a pleasant saunter round passing the trees and squirrels and saw a jackdaw.  Back for mugs of tea.  Hazel and LB I’ve had some bloopers too 😊.  Debs hope you’re over yesterday.

@Yviestevie, that's a job that we must get on with soon, feeding both lawns. For now, I have set OH off on another project of making me a bird feeder pole. He's enjoying himself although it's cold out now. Have a nice time with bestie.
Popped to garden centre this morning, found nothing so dropped into another centre on way home, came home with lots Im afraid😂😬 Total tally of plants needing homes is 20 now🤦‍♀️
Topbird, Rosie, I'm getting fed up with the bloopers,....and someone always notices them😢 I never had this trouble when we used to work on a proper keyboard, not the touch screens of nowadays. Can't even practice being a touch typist now......😕
Rosie, hope you and dad enjoyed the walk and fresh air, it's a bit chilly here today but we plan to spend the weekend out in the garden if the weather is as predicted.
I bought a new too from 'esco the other day and I really liked it. Pink design. Then  I saw an old lady getting one at the cashier point. Now the top reminds me of tops my mum used to wear......hmmmmm.........
Ante, I used to love it when our cat  had mad moments, she used to fly up and down stairs at great speed, jump up in the air and swing her legs all over the place 😂
Biglad, hope you get all those cards delivered and get out in the garden. Jobs are piling up....

Hazel, maybe the old lady bought it for her daughter!

Good afternoon all. It has been glorious here and I am pleased to report:
    LB 1-0 Oak sapling
It was not for giving in and it took me the best part of two hours to get it all shifted. I was a bit tired after that wrangle. My green bin is now completely stuffed. I am hoping for a good day tomorrow so that I can progress with more work in the garden. I managed to plant out my second Heptacodium too so hope that settles in soon. I am systematically emptying all my pots this season and the pots are going to be thrown away - I have way too many.
Hazel, I can see a little star on 23's bean. You have been flitting around again but I'm sure that you will enjoy getting all of your lovely plants positioned in your garden. Hey, you could always take the top back if you are now starting to go off it
Yvie, I noticed that some of the seeds I sowed last week are already up - not my tomatoes yet though but it did say that they would take 7-14 days so time yet.
T'Bird - love your misprint. It did make me laugh because however hard you try, bloopers like that create a picture in your mind that just refuses to go away!
Hello there @rowlandscastle444 Waving Hand on Noto Color Emoji Animated
Rosie it has been the perfect day for a gentle stroll. I bet you were inspecting other gardens as well as spotting all the wildlife.
Busy and T'Bird, I have often wondered what those knee pillows would be like and how they stay in place. I'm not sure they would work for me.

LB my toms are the only ones that haven't germinated yet.  I've sown more this morning.  I've only just remembered that I threw away the old staging for the greenhouse last year because it was wobbly.  I spent ages looking for it. Doh!!
Had a nice time at Ashwoods enjoyed a cuppa and a lovely apricot and raspberry sponge.  Only purchase was a bottle of tomorite it was £2 off with 25% extra so it would have been rude not to.

LB, yes, there's a little star on one side the bean and 23's name on the other. It's taking off now and growing daily. Is it a broad bean do you think? I've never grown them. I might have to find a place for it in the garden for 23 to watch as it grows properly.
I have  planted out a Physostegia   ( I'm liking the common name....Obedient  plant) this afternoon and as I've finished the sun has come out. Just had a look on -line T your Heptacodium LB, ( the seven-son flower?), looks lovely. Good job done with the sapling, glad that's out now.
Yvie, beware, greenhouse staging is very expensive now 😬

Yvie, I love Tomorite. Its my 'go to' fertiliser for virtually everything. Keep a look out for pallets as you can make your staging out of them. Apricot and raspberry sponge sounds yummy.
Hazel, I am almost certain the bean is a broad bean. Did it have any label on the package? - Vicia faba is the Latin name for a broad bean. Wouldn't it be lovely if you got it to produce some more beans for 23?
