Lovely roses @Lizzie27 I especially love your Eglantyne, really beautiful. I’ve got Desdemona too, new this year and mine is gearing up for its second flush too, lots of buds.
You’re Beautiful produces so many blooms on a stem, thought they looked like a bouquet here poking through my apple tree.
My climbing roses The Pilgrim and Mary Delaney are doing better with their second flush, they are in the front south facing garden against a wall so tend to get fried in the hot weather but the cooler weather must suit them more. I was going to dig them up but they might have a reprieve now. Salvia Amistad flowering through them both, which I thought was totally dead after the hard winter but it started shooting quite late and is now flowering.
Sometimes I almost fall out of love with roses, they seem to need a lot of pampering and care as opposed to perennials or dahlias, but then I see a beautiful rose or roses like @WAMS Evelyn and Fragrant Plum and I’m already planning where I could fit them in my garden 😂
I often feel the same @CatDouch , you wait all year for them to flower only for them to be crisped by the sun or blown away🤷♀️ are we mad?
I also have a question, not a name but type of rose. This is a one off in my garden, a miss labled rose, so have no information. It is different because of the small leaves, with a blue tinge, long but sparse thorns, and little scent.
@purplerallim You have 2 roses there... the yellow one is the named variety, with dark green glossy leaves, hidden away, because it's overcome by the suckering rootstock, which has the pale green, matte leaves with few thorns.. they're both in the same pot.

Blue for You second flush has no white flowers this time.
Fragrant Plum, my favourite new rose this year.

But is still a weedy plant, but I can forgive that as its my favourite.
The Twice in a Blue Moon has better growth and more flowers, with a distinct tea aroma
