@SherwoodArrow, great photos, what a lovely display of snowdrops. I'll bear in mind your comments about the BBC Weather watchers, my better half has a better eye for a picture. We had a lovely cloud inversion this morning, she took some lovely photos while out on her run.

Nice to get a wee dicht of snow @scroggin:)
Ours is coming later, but less than they predicted as the band of weather has apparently moved a bit further south. The wind will cause a problem though.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

@Fairygirl, snow is a rare occurrence for us. It's amazing the difference a couple of hundred metres make when it falls. We live at the bottom of the North Downs, in the village we maybe had 1/2", on the top of the Downs there was 3-4".

Very picturesque @LunarSea. That's a proper fall of snow.

    How beautiful @LunarSea

  • @LunarSea that reminds me of where my father lives in the western US.  They will get 4" of snow, but the winds will blow them into 4' drifts in one spot, while there's bare ground a few feet away.  It makes for a fascinating looking landscape!

A short walk through a local NT park and gardens.
