Our phone line is out of order so no Internet on the Laptop or landline. Orange say it won't be repaired before 26th December. There are cranes from men doing roof repairs, wonder if one has hit the cable. The town centre is quite hazardous at the moment. I'm not in the town. Good thing I have a good Smartphone.

Rainy, windy and much colder morning. Sorry Hazel. Despite rain I was yesterday at cottage. I taught, it's the same to get wet here or up there, so we set in the car and went. All snow is gone and fields look like swimming pool. Water up to the ankle. We had usual walk in the woods, and I even pulled out some veggies. After coming home, and cleaning Max first then myself, I set on the sofa and fell asleep, and stayed there till 1am. Now, after my pets are fed, I need cup of tea. Thanks god it's Saturday.
Good morning Ante. Hmmm, I would hate all that water - reminds me too much of what my garden has looked liked most of this year. I have to say - and it isn't a spoiler but last night's Winter Special was - to me - the best so far. This time next week will be Christmas Eve! I cannot believe it.

Rubee, have a nice and warm day. Don't worry about water at my cottage. It's the most welcomed, because soil was bone dry whole summer. It's a good sign for next year.
