Still sore, but maybe slightly better. Debating whether I need to go back to dentist.
    Thank you for asking.

    Evening folks.

Pleased to hear heavy rain outside. That will hopefully drown out any would-be Halloween callers. Having said that, it does not seem to be dampening the spirits of the enthusiastic few who are setting off fireworks this evening.

Hope everyone with germs/pain/worries can be free of those asap.

Well I’m back from Canberra and I do need treatment for thyroid. I’ll have to wait for the GP to let me know the next step.

  • Hello @Pat E … glad they’ve found that … you’ll feel so much better when you’re on the right medication. 😊

I’ve started a new thread for November … it’s here

Ill ask the mods to lock this one.

Good Morning all.  It looks like another nice day, but feels a little cooler. I have had not heating on yet and we are at the beginning of November! Today is bank holiday here, my guests have gone yesterday, if my back holds I would love to do a bit of garden works.

@Pat E. Sorry to hear about your thyroid. If you need a non-medic "expert" do write to me privately. I have 25 years' experience 😑. I add that usually thyroids are fixed with a pill.

    Best wishes to all.
