Sounds lovely @Hostafan1! Pics please. I had a kidney stone a few years ago - the pain was unbearable. I was in hospital for 5 days as, although I think I passed the stone, my kidney got infected. When I was in A&E with my broken wrist I saw a woman doubled up in pain and asked her if it was her kidney, but she said gall bladder. Not nice at all. If it is your thyroid affecting your energy levels @PatE you will feel better once you go onto levothyroxine. If it isn't - and it wasn't when my daughter felt like that - it could be a lack of iron - that's what it was with her. If it's the covid - sorry, no experience of that! (touch wood). Glad you have decided to take it easy @punkdoc. Hugs to Moira for being so wonderful. Now off to watch Countryfile - have had a difficult afternoon emailing all the people who applied for stalls at the forthcoming Christmas Market for whom I didn't have room.
Lots of (gentle) hugs to all poorly people, seems to be a lot of you. 🙄
Busy, busy as ever, school hols here, lots of cake baking going on.
Sad, but true, I love working and a new restaurant, with a new concept excites me. Current dilemma is a lovely small and bijou location, only available to rent, verses larger premises I can buy. I'm meeting the landlord this week to see if he's open to selling the property. I don't think he will, but worth a discussion.
Charlie is worried about me never having time for him, but I think it won't be long before he's so wrapped up in his own life he won't even notice. Anyway, all early days.
Take care everyone.

Good luck with the negotiations @D0rdogne_Damsel … very exciting. You will never not have enough time for Charlie - it’s in your DNA. And he will be very proud of all you achieve. Go Girl 😀😀😀
Morning everyone. We’ve got sun and extremely high winds with snow predicted down to 800m tonight. 😡 we live at 850m. Der!
I’ve been trying to read back for the whole of October before the change over to November because I haven’t been “with it” this month. Not that I feel better today, but I don’t want to miss all your doings. It’s taking me ages, but I’m really enjoying it. Thanks folks.
Im being driven to Canberra tomorrow morning or a scan, so that’ll be another day written off on the forum for me, I assume, unless I suddenly feel perky to be home. 😳
I’ve been reading October’s Forkers posts and managed to get to page 80, but the weather prediction is apparently coming true. when I started to read back it was like this on the veranda.
