You're right Tack. That MIP looks fab..

@Nollie Do they produce flowers lower down as well?
I had intentionally bend one of the long canes of Louise Odier in hope that it will perform better rather than shooting straight up as I have nothing to support it..

I think they went dormant Marlorena.. by that I mean they just stood still, no new growth but did not shed their leaves.. but then, as I said earlier, most Austins did not.. on left side (the cluster of pots) you can see Emily, Behind her BMS.. despite having a prolonged freezing period followed by windy conditions and freeze again..
the defoliated one in the pic is Twilight Zone.. That just dropped all the leaves by December..

Edited to add; YL was always in bloom in its 2nd year with a wonderful fragrance..

that's just beautiful Nollie.. The Week's floribundas seem to have large flowers compared to others.. I guess they class them as Grandiflora in US..

standards at 35% off by Peter beales..

if my memory serves me right, you have exhibited the standards in such a way that people have got inspired/ envy to get more standards.. no one can demo them better than you.. so go for it o:)

I suppose we shouldn't be surprised that the one which defoliated was bred in California..

How many potted roses do you have now? and are you adding any more this Spring?
