    @Eustace No blueberries for us this year. Don't know why but plums have been a great harvest.
    Frozen, bottled, jamed and wined our huge harvest and then took even more to the garden club visit to give away. Much appreciated and we didn't waste them.

    My Victoria plum has yet to ripen @bertrand-mabel , but there is alot of fruit

    @butlerjonny yes, garden to plate in a few minutes, that is what is best about it. 😎
    This year, we have no greengages at all, a handful of plums. Lots of apples also dropping off, probably the after effects of the recent heatwave. Runner beans has been good though.

    And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

    I noticed a lot of apples dropping off. I've put the hosepipe on to soak the tree roots.

    Yes I have the same with Apples,  no plumbs but lots of green gages. 
    Very varied  this year.

    @Eustace we were away for 2 weeks and came back to jungle that we are still trying to find. Yes we still have veg to harvest but have to pick and do things with them very quickly as they seem to be going over so much sooner.....need another freezer!!!
