    Good evening to all.

Last two days were very busy. I was at cottage yesterday, and my friends were on short trip to one national park. It was so hot and humid, and for me it was the heaviest day to work outside. They left few hours ago, so I can go back to my routine.
Need to catch up with all your adventures, but first I'll make tea. It's 8pm, sun is still out and it's 31℃.

    Evening all,

Nice weather today for the celebrations. There was a lot of folk dressed up in what looked to me like wartime garb. Anyway, everyone seemed to have a good time and the entertainment was very good.

    Evening everyone 🙋‍♀️🙋‍♀️
    @Songbird-1 Thank you Hazel.
Monday with 23 and his sister sounds perfect. They'll have a lovely time. Hope the weather is kind to you. Goodness that looks like hard work, be careful Hazel, take your time.
Hi @Yviestevie good to see you. Sorry you couldn't get out in the garden, we had awful weather too until about 3 o'clock. Sun came out, but it was very breezy.
@Rubee glad painkillers are helping OH. Hope he is sleeping better too.
@Busy-Lizzie glad you had a lovely afternoon. The afternoon tea sounds delicious.
@Ladybird4 hope you had a good time in your garden today. Hope your SIL is well enough to come home. She'll be glad to get back to her own bed. Hope all went well for her today.
@Chivetalking Hope you had a lovely time at the street party. And the weather stayed nice for you.
It's been really quiet here, nobody has had any party's.
@Ante1 glad you had a lovely few days with your friends, Sounds like you were busy while they went to the park though. Have a restful evening.
@Biglad great photos, thank you for sharing.

Yikes Hazel, that is a beast! If you go at it syeadily as you have been doing you will eventually win. I've just popped in to say a quick good night as I am watching the Jubilee Party at The Palace. Absolutely wonderful especially the opening act, Queen, my absolute favourites of all time. See you all tomorrow and I'll catch up then.

Morning all. I've had a quick catch up from last night.
Ante 31°C is an incredible temperature - way too hot for me! It must have been nice having your friends to stay but now, as you say, you can get back to your routine. Have you planted your paeony yet?
Biglad, loved the pictures. Steam trains are wonderful. (will England do it today do you think?)
Hazel, the Paddington bear sketch was brilliant - especially as at the end teaspoons tapping on their cups played that iconic and instantly recognisable riff introducing We Will Rock You. It was all together a very entertaining night. Slowly and steadily, work at the beast. I bet you and your OH will have that out by the end of today.
