Well … not a sign of a naked gardener anywhere between S. Lincs and here … we stopped off at a very good farm shop for fresh food for the weekend and now we’re home and unloaded … OH is unpacking and as I do all the driving I’ve got my feet up for a bit. I’ve checked the lettuces and chard in the garden and the plants in the studio … all are looking good … hardening off starts tomorrow!!!

Evening. Pleasant day gardening today. Fully clothed and good job as managed to give myself a deep splinter in my thumb, which has just been removed by a needle and tweezers - ouch.

I hope you’ve all seen some sunshine today.

My garden and I live in South Wales.

I didn't do any gardening today, couldn't get motivated. OH went off to get some DIY stuff so I went to the GC. They didn't have the watering lance that I wanted. My spray thingy doesn't spray very well and I get a wet foot. But they had light blue lobelias and orange and purple osteospermums "Purple Sun".

We saw some smashing purple osteospermums fully out at Mottistone today @Busy-Lizzie, so perfect, they almost looked unreal. Unfortunately they didn't have any for sale. Couldn't find the Garden visits thread on my phone so haven't posted pics yet - sorry.

Hubby brought back a Tiramisu from his early trip to town, 🤪🤪 yum.  A lovely compliment to my cuppa.

we are flopped in front of the Tele watching the Giro which just happens to be in Budapest today.  I assume they’ll get to Italy eventually. 🙄

Good morning all 😊 ☕️ lovely yo be back in our own bed, although I miss the sound of the songthrush … I do hear one here sometimes, but never as close as the one, sometimes two of them ‘sparring’ at MIL’s.
    Glad you’re enjoying the cycling @Pat E 😎

Ready to leave, we will be away a few days. No idea what internet access will be like.
