    Hello everyone.

We could do with some of that rain. Overcast and muggy this morning - sunny and windy this afternoon.  My peppers have leaf curl - damned aphids again.  I have blasted them with soapy water and copper to boot.  Pulled out a courgette plant that was completely scrunched.  The other 3 don't seem to be affected.

Apart from some weeding and trying to take photos of various bushes and vines at an odd angle with my computer in 70kmph wind - still painting odds and sods.

@punkdoc - I hope you are feeling better after a bit of R & R!!  You're the birthday boy tomorrow!

Enjoy the rest of your day.

It's raining gently here, but we haven't had the downpour that @Dovefromabove has had.

I've done some HW and sewing, ironing next.

Just a light drizzle here now @Busy-Lizzie … I’ve just been to the postbox down the road and didn’t really need a coat … but it was really heavy earlier on … at least my new plants have been well watered in 😂

Hi everyone,  we could do with that rain here. Still desperately dry here. It's Mrs AB's birthday today but as I had an appointment in town and she insisted that I keep it we are not doing anything special.  Spent most of yesterday at older daughter trying to help her get on top of her garden.  I think I could spend every day for a month there, and just about get on top of it.
Hope you have a better day tomorrow @punkdoc .

    Evening all.

Looking forward to Chelsea. Always makes me want to have Lupins. I can’t have Lupins because slugs also like Lupins. Apart from at no-slug Chelsea.

I hope you are all doing ok.

Rain here and a rumble of thunder, but nothing on the lightning tracker website.

Truly grim day, been in bed for most of it.
I expect tomorrows plans will be cancelled, but I am promised a sausage sandwich for breakfast.

Rain update,  we have some, enough to wet the patio,  not sure if it will be enough to wet the soil.

Very excited to see “my” garden looking fabulous on Chelsea TV.  I’m so pleased I am going to be standing in front of something I genuinely love.  4.30 start tomorrow morning though, so time for sleep now.  Just one more read of the plant list before I nod off.
