It did seem to go on for a long time, but only to be expected with so many couples.
I also felt sorry for Tony Adams. He was so upset, especially as he had got it right in rehearsals from what l remember him saying.
I thought Helen Skelton was very good, l'm trying desperately to remember who else there was.

Hamza seems like a lovely man, but l was somewhat distracted by his hair !
I like Will Mellor, but l'm afraid Nancy gets on my last nerve, so l'm hoping she can rein her exuberance in a little.
I'm interested to see how Nikita and Ellie Simmonds get on. The height difference will present difficulties and his choreography should be interesting.

Hello all , overall a good show , is there more contestants this time ?
Agree with AnniD about Hamza and Ellie

I thought Hamzas  hair stole the show.  It must weigh a ton.

And be like a whip if it catches you after he's done a swirl!

Helen S was a pleasant surprise. Arsenal Adams was a "He can go" moment.

Some interesting pairings and dances.   Looking forward to what is to come.

Have to say that wasn't the finest dance off l've ever seen.

    Spoiler to follow *.

The minute Kaye knew she was in the dance off she seemed to give up straight away. Not sure that l believed Shirley when she said she would have saved them.
Nadyia doesn't look comfortable at all, certainly compared to how she was with Dan last year.

I hope Hamza's knees hold out. Ice baths at this stage don't sound good. I'd hate to see him leave due to injury.

    * When is it safe to announce the results? I think Monday morning should definitely be ok ?

It is possible to put spoilers in their own box, like this:
This is a fake spoiler. BOO!

That said, I don't think it's necessary on this thread, because if you don't want to know the result, you won't look at the thread. However, if anyone feels a need to post 'insider' knowledge, ahead of the programme etc, then it's a useful tool.

I think the right one went, though I don't think Matt will be far behind.

I haven't watched yet, I generally don't bother with the first few shows.  Hamza could have problems when any rapid head movements are required.  I hope his partner doesn't tread on his hair.

I also thought that Kaye gave up when she was in the dance off
Well Tony Adams , I’m a Dustman was a good comedy routine which kept him in
Watched “It’s takes two “ a couple of times last week , pleasantly surprised 😉

We haven't watched the show for a couple of years now but noticed on a news site  that viewer ratings are well down this year... 850,000 only. A few years ago ratings were between 4-6million.
