@Marlorena I keep meaning to ask you about your ‘Enchantress’ is that from Tantau? It’s very delicate and pretty. If so you seem to have struck lucky with a number of their roses, my experience has been mixed with them to say the least!

...yes, aka Gartentraume or Scentuous..   it's doing ok, but still in the Beales pot as it's not quite ready for de-potting..   Tantau's are also hit and miss with me, but I'm checking this one out when I get rain, as like others of theirs I have found, they don't stand rain too well.. I'll have to get back on that.
Otherwise, a nice bushy plant with good foliage so far..

'Robe Fleurie' looks nice, my kind of rose..

@Nollie I’m currently soaking in a bucket but I wonder if it’s some form of root fungus. This rose never real grew and the other one of the same variety is twice the size.

Maybe pop* the rose out of its pot and see what the roots are doing.

    * I always wonder if other languages have a word comparable to the English verb "to pop".

That’s my main gripe with Tantau roses too @Marlorena, you would think they didn’t get rain in Germany. Finger’s crossed for your newbie.

@Katsa I really don’t know what it is - have you tried rubbing a bit of it off to see if it feels like ant deposits/eggs or fungal? Here is a closeup of your photo to see if anyone has any ideas:

No idea, I've not seen it before, but I suppose I'd have to try and clean all that off and repot if I wanted to keep it, then hope for the best, but none of it looks healthy..

@Marlorena - it’s never looked healthy and given my current circumstances I’m leaning towards getting a variety that’s very easy to manage!

    ..I think that's for the best @Katsa  .. life's too short..
