@fire, yes it is the myrrh ones that one cant be sure without smelling in person. Sometimes I feel DA just put whatever they cant classify in other catagory in myrrh. I love fragrance of sceptred isle and strawberry hill but Venessa bell is ughh for me.Â
correction: Vanessa Bell is described as Tea. Anyway whatever it is, not nice to me.Â
Anyway my sense of smell never came back properly after covid. Hopefully I would be able to smell most of my roses.Â
Came back from Germany and my first bloom is open!… Walferdange also starting to show some colour and my planted bareroot MH is still super small but opening slowlyÂ
@Omori, just one seedling so far, from Odyssey but I'm not hopeful. Look forward to seeing yours, will you let it flower? I pinched off last year until the plant was vaguely robust but it is so hard. It's just amazing how few leaves both mine had when they decided to form a bud. Robust and budded little rose bushes now, I think I am waiting for them with as much excitement as for any other rose.
All coming along fast now, In the ground roses
Clockwise; Rhapsody in Blue, Mountbatten, Knockout and AbFab.
CarminiaIn the early or late sun Fried Egg Rose (aka Canary Bird) is studded with rubiesSpot the rose in each, they are there but this is just the excuse to show I don't just have pots. These shrubberies have been a lot of work in the last 2 years. Many shrubs have been reduced or removed, they were overun with everything.
