  To be absolutely honest, I wish I could say the same. I know that due to covid things have been very difficult this past two years and programme making was turned on its head. However, let's hope that GW gets back some sparkle and gives us some inspiration.

  I hope there'll be more of Adam's garden as well as Longmeadow, more of experts talking about their particular subject (remember the elder chap? he was fab) and less of the viewers' videos.

  Hmm. I saw recently that Adam Frost hunts with the Cottesmore. Funny how you can go off people so quickly. Then Monty got in quite a pickle when asked about the matter. (Still like Adam’s garden, though).

  Its all hour long programmes this year, and they don’t finish til November.  Apparently the most hours per year they have ever had 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻.  And the winter specials are going to happen again too.  Can’t wait 👍🏻

  I don't mind the viewers' gardens that show really good planting ideas or good useful tips, but (shoot me down if you like) with a few exceptions, I've found them dull, and a lot come across as either "aren't I/my kids clever" or "holier than thou" or "look what a great presenter I am, gizza job" with the actual content being nothing special or unusual. I generally record it, so I'll selectively use the fast-forward button as usual.

  Monty's voice tends to send me to sleep so I don't notice the viewers videos. It is good to have it back though - a sign of spring, for sure, and I do watch it when the weather makes me want to find a displacement activity.

  I’m of the view that viewers’ gardens are chosen on the basis of the demographics of the garden owners because they are so rarely picked for the quality of the garden itself.
