Morning @Chivetalking they are a good GC and are quite nearby. Luckily I've still got the receipt and they offer a 2 year guarantee on their plants. I only got it beginning of October, it looks like a dead twig. Have kept looking at it for a few weeks now and there's no sign of any life at all 😥  Hopefully I'll find something, I even googled climbing plants, but most get too big/woody for where I want it.

    Morning all.

Poor Max, @Ante30 I hope he heals well. Gosh, a dog's leg inside looks like a human's. What long fingers!

I have one plant left to plant, dwarf lilac, Josée, but I need to remove the grass first. It's going in a difficult to mow place in the corner between the terrace bed and the steps. But I still need a cotinus!

I'll go to the SM early afternoon, need milk, bread, butter, coffee and firelighters.

The forecast says there will be snow on Friday. That's the day I'm taking the car to be serviced and have its tyres changed to summer ones!

Good morning Ante. Oh my goodness that is such shocking news to read. Poor, poor Max. I am so glad that he doesn't need an operation. He will miss his walks Ante but I'm glad all he needs is rest. That is a wonderful x-ray picture of his paw. Give him a cuddle from me. It must have been such an upset for both you and your Father. I hope that both of you have recovered too. You and your Father can have hugs from me too.

How strange, lots of posts weren't there earlier,
Sorry @debs64 ..... glad you had a lovely day with your sister.
@Ante30 your Dad must have enjoyed being at home with you. So sorry to hear about poor Max. Hope  his leg heals soon and he's not in too much pain. Sending a hug for Max and you.
@Ladybird4 didn't see you either....yes great service from GC.
They also give great advice about all plants, very friendly and knowledgeable.  Great variety and healthy plants too.

Good morning Busy. Good grief I hope that you don't get snow - especially as you will have your summer tyres on your car. Isn't that just typical of the weather!
A good idea to fill the awkward mowing space with shrubs.

Sorry to hear about Max @Ante30 hope he soon recovers how upsetting for you both though. Some people!!!
Cooler here today but dry so I want to move a shrub that’s in the wrong place and plant out some foxgloves I grew from seed into a shady spot so tomorrow’s rain can water them in nicely. The two honeysuckle plants I moved very roughly ( they were growing in the most overgrown patch) are both perking up the plan is for them to cover the mesh I have put up in front of neighbours hideous fence to screen it from view. I also want sweet peas and black eyed Susan ( the seeds are sown  for those)
I hope you all have a good gardening day before the horrid weather returns, I am dreading it as Graham will not be happy stuck inside.
