    Hello all you lovely folks.
Sorry I've been AWOL but I've been busier than a Lizzie. End of the accounting year, end of the tax year, garden is about 3 weeks agead of itself so lots to do out there plus planning & planting the rearranged border where I removed the box hedge in autumn.

Plus we're now away to Scotland for a few days so have been trying to fit so much in this last week. Currently at Scotch Corner for the night en-route to Pitlochry for a few days.

Definitely picked the wrong week to come away 😩 - wall to wall sunshine last week and high teens temps. This week I fully expect to see some white stuff! I'm driving the camper - OH is on his motorbike 'cos he wanted to do some long rides. He must be mad if it's going to get cold.

Sorry only been able to skim read back but I gather Rubee has sorted out some vital plumbing issues and LB's brother has moved house. I hope he is very happy in his new home.

Nearly time for our evening cuppa so I'll wish you all a peaceful night.

Popped in to say goodnight .I hope you all sleep well .
TBird good to see you . I love Pitlochry , we spent some time there and booked in at Fishers Hotel .
I don’t know if it’s still there . It was a big rambling place on the Main Street.

Aww, you've changed your avatar @Songbird-1 that plant looks beautiful.

Have had a lovely day with the poppets and sons and dils.
This morning turned out to be quite warm and sunny, but the weather certainly changed this afternoon, much cooler and overcast.  Forecast for next week doesn't look great 😣

Night night everyone, sleep well and sweet dreams.

A very good morning one and all. Great to see you T'Bird. I do hope that the weather is kind to you both. I did shiver when I read that your OH is biking it though. I know Scotch Corner very well as I pass it going to see my youngest sister and her family in Newton Aycliffe.
Hazel, no spoilers for anyone who hasn't yet seen it but that was a wonderful programme. I was on the edge of my seat at some times though!

Morning LB & all to follow.
We have very thick fog this morning can't see the garden or the woods at the back.
Love the cameraman pic LB 🤗
When is this programme on please, not seen it.
I've got a few indoor jobs to do this morning and then I might relax this afternoon.
I don't like this hour loss, it will put me out for at least a week. Do wish they'd leave it alone now.
Good to see you @Topbird have a good time away. Hope OH doesn't get too cold 🥶
Need tea, ☕☕ Have a good day everyone.

Good morning SGL, Ruby and Chive.
SGL the programme is on BBC1 on a Sunday night but it is repeated in the week and in fact it is repeated earlier on a Sunday afternoon so you can catch up. I agree with you about the hour change. I finder it much harder to adjust to this one than the one in Autumn.
Chive I am glad that your family get together went well. It must have been nice to spend it with your Mum too. Aches have just about subsided now thank goodness. I have 'stuff' to do.

    Afternoon all,

Still summer here ;) Really warm outside but I'm locked up working in my cell for the rest of the day. I had a quick session early this morning though. I did a stint in my sister's garden yesterday and she had some sweet pea seeds left over (she'd soaked 2 full packets overnight) so I sowed the most bloated today. Hopefully, some will germinate and can replace any duds that she has.
