Evening everyone, Thank you all for your kind comments,
Ante So pleased to hear that Murko is eating his food and will not need to visit the vet tomorrow, I’m glad the day has passed well. Shame you don’t see any blue glazed pots in your garden centre, maybe one day they will 🤞
Busy Little Adam is going to keep you on your toes by the sounds of it 😁
SGL How lovely to see the new growth starting on the shrubs, glad you had a nice potter in the garden,
LB Pleased you’ve had a nice day outdoors, has your Daphne started to flower?
Bluebells Sorry to see you had trouble signing in earlier, hope you enjoyed those prawns for your tea,
Hazel Those pots you’ve bought sound lovely with the butterfly flower seeds in them, what a thoughtful gift for your mum. I agree with the others it does seem a shame to change your avatar name I like songbird, but is there a favourite flower or other plant you like?
Goodnight everyone, hope you sleep well.

A very good morning everybody. Hazel, I don't think you need to change your name but it is up to you.
Ante, glad that the Vet's visit for Mirko is unneccessary. Hope that you slept well.
Chive, I will check on the Daphne today but the last time I looked it hadn't flowered. It grows on my drive and I was working in the back garden yesterday so didn't really notice it. Rosie, I hope that you enjoyed your prawns yesterday.

Good morning all. Dry here so planning a whole day in the garden cutting back and tidying up. I have an old buddleia that’s desperate for a hard chop back. Some brambles coming up too so I will need gloves. I am debating whether or not to paint a wall white. It adjoins the house which is white and I think dark leaves plants would look really good against it. Only a small wall so think I may go for it. I need to buy paint so it won’t be today.
Hope you all have a good day planned

Morning LB and all to follow.
It's a lovely sunny morning again, with a slight mist across the fields.
It was light early too and I woke up just after 6.  Downstairs now with a cup of tea ☕
    Love the Snoopy pic 😁

Good morning Debs and SGL. Debs. I am looking forward to a day out there too. SGL, there was a lovely red sky here . I've just enjoyed my first cuppa - it went down a treat! (Ante = greatly enjoyed.)

Oops sorry @debs64 you weren't there when I posted.
Think a white wall would look lovely for plants to grow up/against. Glad you have good weather too, enjoy your day in the garden ⚘🌷🌸

Good Morning LB, Debs & SGL and all to follow, I hope you slept well.
LB Great peanuts picture, hope you have another good day of gardening ahead,
Debs Enjoy a day in the garden, the idea for painting the adjoining wall sounds good if it matches the house,
SGL Lovely to start the day with a bright sunny morning,
It promises to be a fair weather day here, I have some wet things to hang out on the whirligig.
    Have a good day everyone.

    Morning @Chivetalking @Rubee and @Songbird-1
@Songbird-1   did you change it to 'Hazel'  and then something else briefly too......im probably getting muddled up though. I like the name Songbird, it's pretty.
Going to pop to village shops in a mo to get some milk and then I'm going to play in the garden.
    Have a good day everyone

    Morning all.

Hazel, I thought your previous name had Hazel in it. Or was that someone else?

Sky is grey but sun is forecast. I' m not very far from Bordeaux here.
