TBird I have been known to get up in a restaurant and straighten a picture .Very rude I know . Not heard that word before TBird .
  • Lily I do feel more rested after a snooze.  LB another great peanuts cartoon.  I hope you enjoyed time in the garden.  Rubee I’ve put my feet up.  Busy I don’t tend to move around at home either.  Hazel you have a lovely avatar name but if you’d like a change. I hope you sleep better tonight. I’m sorting out old clothes to go to the pod.  Chive I’m pleased to hear you’re fully recovered now.

Good afternoon everyone. I've had a super day. Spent a lot of time in the garden and garage. Pricked out more seeds and sown more as well.
Chive, I took a picture of my Daphne - some little critter has been having a good nibble on the leaves - and I think the buds I thought were flowers are only more leaves.
I've dismantled and clean the two bird feeders in the front garden. With all the rain I've had, the bird food welds itself together in a gloopy clump and is horrible. Once they are both dried out they will be refilled and hung back outside.
I've been in touch with an RAF Museum and they have replied to say that they will be most happy to accept Dad's uniform as they have collection room they are always happy to add to. Just got to get that all sorted out now.
Hazel, have you decided on your new name yet? When will that be revealed? Super news about your OH's tomatoes.
T'Bird, hair colour and cut - bliss. I love it when I have mine done.
Chive - steady on with the painting - I can hear Hazel stirring!
Ruby, sounds like good news for your OH. I hope that the antibiotics help too.
Busy, it sounds like another fun day with Adam - hopefully without the little pressie! I love the laughter of small people.'
T'Bird I'm like you - I cannot stand a picture that is skew wiff. Thats the expression I always use and I've never heard your version so it may be an East Anglian colloquialism.

@Topbird I don't change things on the walls, just the freestanding photos. And like you I'm a bit OCD,  not heard of your saying, but like @Ladybird4 I say skew wiff.......can't  bear/bare them if they are......and also ornaments have to be in the right position too.  @Songbird-1 I sometimes change outdoor pots around too 😉😂
@Ladybird4 hadn't seen you mention before that you'd been in touch with the RAF museum about your father's uniform, what a wonderful idea. You must be very proud that it will be on display there. Have you displayed any of his momento s at home?  Lovely photo of the cowslip, i haven't got any of those, but my primroses are doing really well this year.

I'll take a chocolate bet that @Dovefromabove knows the phrase 'sloightly on the huh' as well. She's a good old Suffolk gal too😁
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
