We actually bought items for two different places but it's not what I spent, but the 5 hours it took to navigate the place, and that we had to pay extra to get it delivered. That said the delivery came by 17:30 same day. So now I have to clear spaces and build them.  The first  cheaper one is for a very messy area in the utility room. So lots of moving, shifting and sorting to do.

It would take less time to navigate the website instead @Allotment Boy.   I've found some nifty metal shelving with plastic covers that I use and mini greenhouses for seed trays and cuttings inside the polytunnel and a white whelving unit with ornage tubs that we now use as our indoor recycling centre and another with 3 bins that I use to sort laundry in our scullery.

I did dive into the IKEA at Nantes a couple of months ago when we there for a medical appointment but that was a targeted raid on the kitchen gadgets area for a pan lid organiser.  Took 5 minutes and cost a few euros and yes, I do know the shortcuts between departments, so I don't have to drag OH thru the whole maze to get in and out.  If they could just sort out the queues at the cash desks it would be fine.

How are people supposed to obtain a healthy diet and weight when manufacturers and shops are putting deals like that in front of their noses?
The easiest quick fix for the NHS and dentistry right now is to make people healthier and with better teeth. It seems like that's easier to tackle than the staffing crisis.

Speaking of being ill I've just spent an hour fully wrapped up in bed convulsively shivering. So much for the echinacea tea. :#  I'm glad they cancelled the teacher's strike as we would have been out on a day trip with the kids when this kicked in.

If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.
