  • Could be a cabbage moth caterpillar, I think.
    Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

  • It looks like the Small Copper, the blue-spotted form caeruleopunctata.

    Like the Small Copper butterfly I posted yesterday, this damselfly was taken, not in my garden, but in a "bamboo park" I visited at the w-end. See La vallée des Bambous.
    I think it's an Emerald Damselfly (Lestes sp.).
