That's a pretty standard response ... stick to your guns @Hostafan1 ... any witnesses? I don't spose it's helpful to point out that if you had a camera-phone you could've taken a pic of it 'in situ' so to speak. ........... I'll get my coat ........

He drove on and only stopped once I'd caught up with him
he drove away saying he was looking for somewhere safe to pull over. I pointed out that the long straight road with very good sight lines where the incidend happened WAS safe, that's why i overtook him. funny he said it was my fault yet HE drove away?
Sounds like he knew full well he was at fault. Failure to stop after an accident, almost an admission of guilt. just spent most of the day in the garden. Pulled up a load of brambles, pruned a few shrubs - probably not the best time of year for some, but needs must. I finally planted the rhubarb crown that’s been sitting in a pot for a couple of months. Filled both the green bins ready for tomorrow, and had the company of a dear little robin while I was working. My back is now aching. What I could do with is some kind of blinkers that would stop me seeing just one more bramble after I’ve decided that I’ve done enough. I reckon I did another 30 minutes after I should have stopped, but couldn’t help myself. Any suggestions?

That’s despicable. Glad you caught him. What on earth was his excuse for driving on???

First lot of Cannas divided and potted up, so quite a productive day.
