I know I should be reading about what's happening in the Ukraine but  I'm here reading about gardening. At least I can make a difference in my garden.
The news moves on. How soon before we forget Afghanistan?

Definitely not reading about what’s happening in Ukraine, or most of the news, if I want to have a chance of sleeping at night.
Not much I can practically do, but anything that helps preserve my mental health has to be a positive action. Otherwise I start to completely despair of mankind.

I tend to avoid news of foreign 'problems' too.  There is nothing I can do about many of the problems here in the UK and absolutely **gger all I can do about things happening abroad.  What happens there happens, and will hopefully stay there!

I've stopped watching the news at all.

If WW3 starts, I guess I'll know soon enough.
