    PMQ's today is 'interesting'  :)
Bojo really is a total clown, a liar and a liability to the conservative party or a disgrace.

Lovely pic @debs64 - I take it that wasn't in your garden though ;)
He/she looks like a larger version of the buds  :)

A small reason to be cheerful for me, although the bit of sun is most welcome after last night's stuff, and all the grey and smirr/rain of recent weeks.
The wonderful Divine Comedy [Neil Hannon] have a great new song out, and it's being played regularly. Simple pleasures  :)

RTBC those secateurs that I ordered on Monday have arrived today. That's good service but I expected them to arrive with a fanfare, you know ta daaaa. Anyway, it's too cold to go outside to try them.

At least David Davis sees what damage Boris is doing. I thought Ian Blackford was going apoplectic when Boris laughed/gooned off his question about Boris's future.
I'm not sure PMQs is any good for promoting the parliamentary process  - I think the Speaker should force answers to the actual questions, not allow the answers to be pure propaganda and nothing to do with the question at all. Given that the PM is notified of the question up front, that should be the least expected shouldn't it?

Bojo is definitely feeling the heat.  Whatever question was asked in PMQ his answer was about how well they had done in handling the pandemic.  I'm sure if somebody asked him how to get to the House of Lords from the House of Commons the answer would have been the same.  It was interesting to see the Speaker basically telling him to shut up too.

I love the way he praised the British public for following the lockdown rules 🤣

Funnily enough he didn't mention inflation hitting a 30 year high in his list of " achievements "

Well, I did try them and I'm pleased. Another reason to be cheerful was that some of the plants that I ordered last week have arrived. The others are to arrive later in the season. So far so good though.

  • I contacted the nursery re my Italian Cyprus tree, they were very apologetic and have offered me a replacement.  They say they are expecting new stock this week. Fingers crossed 🤞
