    Afternoon all.

Debs, I'm so sorry to hear such sad news. I send a warm hug to your daughter and you.

LB, nice that you manage to get Lily to the vet.

SGL, sorry to hear that your new tablecloth is such a low quality. Can you change it for another one or something else?

Hezel, nice that window chap came, do his jobe and left.

I'm trying to warm myself. Since I came from cottage, I can't get warm properly, and today's walk wasn't so pleasant either. Delivery arrived at time, and I'll tomorrow put shelves together. Somehow I don't feel right to do anything.

I didn't get out there in the end folks and my teeth haven't got into anything yet :D

Had quite a good nap this afternoon instead. Inevitable really with all the overnight tennis that I've been watching.

Good evening all. Ante, I know that Monday isn't your favourite day so I think you should take things nice and easy tonight and have a good rest before you start on building the shelving tomorrow.
Oh no SGL, how very disappointing was that tablecloth for you. As Hazel says, it is so inconvenient because you have to make another trip to return it.

  • LB wishing your niece in law to be well on her rescue mission to Tonga.  Hazel my cape drops further down my shoulders reaching my waist and back.  It’s by Beurer others are available.   Sadly not battery operated for your garden trips, main only, but it would be a good  warm layer. Chive your cake looks delicious.  I do like marble cake.  Top bird don’t work too hard or for too long and rest in between.  Take care.  LB I’m glad you could take Lily to the vets.  I wouldn’t want things to be too intrusive for her either.  Debs sorry to hear your daughters news.  Sending a hug.  Ante I hope you and Max have been enjoying your early morning walks.  Today I had a new microwave with welcome help and it’s now in the kitchen.  I didn’t think it was safe to use the rusty one for long. Hazel I hope your throats feeling better.  Lily I hope you are both keeping warm.

Sorry about the doubly painful visit to the dentist @Biglad.

Well done for getting Lily to the vet LB.

What a nuisance about the tablecloth @star gaze lily. Do they have any others that you like?

Man came about the blocked pipe but said he was too busy today and will come back tomorrow morning.

I finished planting the round rose bed, also weeded it.

Well hush my mouth T'Bird! I have just had an email from British Gas welcoming me as and from yesterday! I wonder how many more months I'll have to wait until all is sorted.
