    My absolute favourite in  the whole of Scotland Fairygirl. Have driven past it hundreds of times and even typing this brings a lump to my throat because of the memories it evokes.

    Stob Dearg, [the front end of the Big Bookil ] is the most photographed hill in Scotland @Uff - not Nevis, which is what most people tend to assume.  
    It's proximity to the road is why it's so iconic, and admired. It adorns many a shortbread tin and calendar  ;)
    The view in the opposite direction from that spot - Mamores, Nevis range etc, is brilliant too. The sky looking that way, was stunning that day. 
    It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

    Hundreds to choose from - but this of my two granddaughters (now in their mid teens) on a trip to the coast.
