We have one of those little red pouches for each member of the family and put silly little things in them each year and hand them out on Boxing Day. My daughter also brings tree pressies with silly things in them. One year I opened mine to reveal a beautiful scarf and exclaimed that it wasn't a silly little thing at all. Then I realise it was one I had given her a couple of years before that she never wore. I love gazing into the tree and seeing the different decorations, so many of which remind me of who made them (or when I made them).
I forgot to post earlier my Christmas wheat. It's tradition in my part of the world. We sow it twelve days before Christmas and if wheat is green and lavish on Christmas day, next gardening/farming year will be also abundant.

I think my wife is secretly employed as one of Santa's elves.
