  • @Rubee hope you're feeling a bit better this morning, your bruising sounds awful. Hope they're not too painful.
@Songbird-1 I haven't heard of it being a 2 dose jab either. it wasn't mentioned to OH on Saturday when he had his, he wasn't given a leaflet either. Hope your aches go away soon, have a restful dayย ย
@Ladybird4 had heard about the Americans, but not the golfers or the germans.ย  It was also mentioned years ago, that it was for farmers getting up so early to milk cows etc.๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธย

  • If we scrapped the time change which time should we have? ย I suspect a lot of folk prefer BST to the reality of GMT and would like to be permanently ahead of the clock, as when we had Harold Wilson's British Standard Time ...ย  but doesn't that just remove us even further from the way the universe works ... ๐Ÿค”

Talking of time travel - I'm not sure what date this dahlia thinks it is to be flowering for the first time?

T'Bird, I have to agree there. I think Marti is in for the day here unfortunately. Best get my knitting out. I just had to spend 30 very annoying minutes on the phone to VM as I could not access my email account. A really nice lady helped get it all sorted for me - giving me yet another password I am bound to forget!
Hazel and SGL, I didn't get a leaflet either when I got my booster but I did notice on the little card they gave me that there was a designated 2nd Booster space. Maybe that's for next year's but no explanation given.

Glad to hear you are feeling a little better Ruby. Hazel's poor Dad with his face so badly bruised must have had a real shock when he fell.
