What on earth is Dermot O'Bleary doing?  He's playing some truly great songs ... but they're not Saturday Morning music ... we'll all be in the Slough of Despond for the whole weekend if his playlist carries on like this !!!  It's as if he's got all his favourite records and is playing them now 'cos he doesn't think they'll let him on the radio again  :o

Morning all. Had an early night as shattered ? Flu jab tiredness. The sun is out in force this morning after a few days of depressing rain and grey, albeit mild.

I hope your flare up shoves off quickly Punk.

    Have a good weekend all.

I don't know about a masters degree for the oven, I need one for the car. You have to find the right menu to alter the clock, much easier to leave it for six months.

    Massive hugs to you @punkdoc.
Hubby's car radio is never changed. No idea how to. Even tomorrow , it'll still be 8 mins out.

  • Hello all,

Hope you're not feeling too bad @punkdoc, shame you've missed your visit. 🙄

Glad to hear you're making an effort to cook yourself proper food, easy to not bother when you're alone.

On our way back home now after a great week.

Morning all from Sunny Somerset ☀️☀️☀️.  Mr C is on a woodworking course for the weekend, so I’ve come along for the ride.  Just spent a happy hour and a half selecting embroidery threads (who knew there were soooooo many shades of green 🤣) in a brilliant craft shop on the site.  Now having a coffee before I head off to Stourhead for a bit of leaf peeping 🍁🍂.

Climbed Glastonbury Tor yesterday - quite magical ✨✨✨

Poor Punkdoc, hope that improves quickly. Hope you can rebook your visit.

Well done on the steaks, Hostafan! No point saving one of them, they’re never as nice later.
Sunny here now, but quite chilly. Almost tempted to head to the coast, but after last nights rain, the road by the river is flooded again.
Looks like you are having a great weekend, chicky.

Fab photo @chicky.  Enjoy yourself.  I'm sure you will.

So sorry @punkdoc.  Take it easy, be positive and plan another visit when you can.

Bad night again for me with heavy rain waking me up and the annual October fest of mosquito bites keeping me awake.  Quiet day for me then but at least it's sunny and dry now.

Clock changes will happen as I need the appliance - 2 ovens, microwave, kitchen clock, sewing room, cars.   Won't need a watch till next Monday as this Monday is a public holiday for All Saints so no activities.

    Stay safe everyone.
