    Hello all 😊
Im pleased that Captain Kirk enjoyed his adventure and returned safe and sound … but what about his interview afterwards when he said,

"Everybody in the world needs to do this."

No they don’t!   For the sake of our planet that’s the very last thing that should happen 😱

I had a lovely visit to see @WonkyWomble yesterday … a little bit of paperwork to do today and some soup to make … otherwise the day is mine to find as I like with …

Have a lovely day everyone 😊

  • Morning LB and all to follow.
It's slightly misty again this morning LB but not as bad as the last few days. Heard the weather forecast just now and it seems we are going to have a wet weekend. Do hope they're wrong. Haircut for me this morning then I'm going to pop to the shops for a few bits and bobs.
Glad you're feeling better LB, enjoy your catch up, goodness is it really last Thursday you went to the GC these weeks are flying by.
Time for another cup of tea.
    Have a good day everyone.
Snoopy kicking the leaves is one of my favourites. I sent it to the poppets the other day.....via Daddy's phone 😉

Good morning, Dove, SGL and Ruby. @star gaze lily Does the Poppets Daddy cast all the pictures and videos to the TV? When I heard Carol talk of 'thick fog' during her earlier forecast, I immediately thought of you but Dove's area got the mention. There have been too many comments about frost too! Brrrr. I'm not looking forward to that very much but I suppose its all part of our joyous cyclical seasons.

Sorry @Ladybird4 missed you this time.
I don't know, I hadn't thought of that. I just send him or their mummy,  things on whstsapp for them every now and then.
Its beautiful blue skies and sunny now, but quite chilly. I do hope the frost stays away for awhile. Although  a couple of weeks ago they forecast snow for Halloween 🥶🥶
    Morning @Busy-Lizzie🙋🏻‍♀️

    Morning all,

Had a quick skim-read back. I bet I've got the slowest slow cooker ever made. 20+ years and she still hasn't made me anything :D

Whilst nice for Captain Kirk, a good example of a 'celebrity' coming out with absolute tosh. Apart from 'everybody' being unlikely to get the opportunity (I presume it would cost me if I fancied it :o ), the impact of all those trips would likely mean the last one up in the rocket could look down on the end of the world!

  • LB I’m glad you’re feeling better.  Have a lovely day with bestie.  Lily enjoy your trip round the shops.  Dove have a lovely me day.  Busy it was quite cool here early.  Visited mum and dad today. I managed to order a wind up double bell alarm I found on the river.  Just going to have a cup of tea and cooking cheese and onion crispy bake in the halogen.  I had a lovely shower and in my Jim jams.  Enjoy the rest of your day.
