..if that's not bright enough for you, not Iceberg white...  perhaps a Lens climber would be ok, like Guirlande d'Amour.. but I don't have it..

Thanks @Omori and @Lizzie27, it’s a mystery, especially since my roses don’t normally suffer from mildew. Omori you may be right, it’s perhaps grown faster than the roots can currently support. I will give it another year. It’s got a lot of fence to ramble along so no space issues here!

@dabolem, yes it’s technically a shrub but many Austin shrubs can be trained to climb and my Prince definitely wants to. Same with Gertrude Jekyll and Lady of Shalott, no matter how hard I prune they just shoot right back up again. They tend to display that characteristic more in hotter climates.

The problem with Rozanne is more underground than overground, so far as I understand - it develops huge, deep roots that will out-compete roses for nutrients. Presumably it needs a lot of energy to keep on flowering as it does

That is a useful thought. I will move some of  mine. I do like it. It will be interesting to dig some out and see how big the root system is. I wonder if other geraniums like Patrica are similar. I have just planted two of those.

I guess mature hellebores might have the same problem - large, deep roots systems.... ? In my small garden, nowhere is very far from a Rozanne, a rose or a hellebore :s

Probably less of a problem if the rose is well established first @Fire, but I personally wouldn’t plant a new rose next to Rozanne.

Thank you @Marlorena, your Salvia is beautiful and I’ve already seen that actually there are some Italian nursery that have it! Expect a pic of Blue Note from me next year, even if I doubt mine will be so stunning as yours.

I will stay well away from Rozanne geranium, don’t want to create problems to my new roses, thanks again @Nollie. BTW, if I can get a The Prince, I am going to train it as a climber, my small garden need to have vertical plants. Is this rose shade tolerant or it has to be put in full sun?

I fell in love with Golden Beauty, I “need” it, lol. Now I go and search if I manage to find it here.

P.S.: @Tack your roses are amazing, I really don’t know how you manage to get so beautiful plants in pots, I’ve never been able to grow anything in pots
